My first business

We Filipinos are so business minded, we tend to sell free products like free trial products from different company that is given for free. We tend to sell shampoos, body soap, conditioner, even free medicine like vitamins that is given for free are being sold by us (Very funny but true).


Today i wanna share my first business as a student with you guys.


Social networking sites nowadays are not only for socializing, it is also use to sell, promote products and many more. There is also some site that advertise products   like here in the Philippines Sulit.com.ph is one of the most reliable advertising site, they sell whether it is secondhand or brandnew products. Next is the ayosdito.ph which also advertise products.


My eagerness to earn extra money brings me to look out  at sulit.com.ph


I decided to browse to sulit for some wholesale product and i saw different products that sells wholesale.
I first  think of selling clothes like dresses, pants and tshirts but the price doesn't fit to my money.
After a long time of browsing, i decided to sell Victoria Secret Perfume (not authentic). other than the price is cheap, i believe that i can sell this very easy and it will give me high profit.

Price in wholesale: 60 pesos each
Selling price: 250 pesos each
shipping fee: 120 provincial rate
money transfer rate: 50 pesos

I bought 1 dozen so i paid 720 + 120 for shipping fee +  50 money transfer fee, so total is 890 pesos.

in just 3 days i sell it all and my profit is 3000 pesos
and my net income is 2110 pesos

almost triple the price of my capital of 890 pesos.

Good day bloggers!

 I know how hard to create blogs when you're first-timer, although this is not my first time to create a blog, for me it quite hard though because first i am not a writer, i am not good in English and i am not expert to create a blog. 


But this time, i created this blog to give ideas to my fellow Filipino and also different people to learn many productive and economic things in our daily lives.


 My name is John lester Manila, 21 years old (whether you like it or not to know). i currently studying at Dalubhasaan ng Lunsod ng San Pablo (DLSP),Philippines, 4rth year college (graduating! hooray!) taking up Bachelor of Science Information Technology. 

My family is not well-off, yes we eat 3 times a day, but the salary of my parents is not enough to give all our needs. i have 5 brothers and i am the eldest of 6 that is why all the stress and body pain will be inherit to me. 

 Now, i think of a best way to earn extra money for my family and also for my future. But first i need to get a job right after my graduation to support the needs of my family and eventually build my own business and earn extra.

For my next post i'll be showing you what is my first little business to support my studies.
